01 · Scope and controller

This notice explains the handling of personal data when you visit ilkconstruction.co or send a construction, project, partnership or urban renewal inquiry. The controller name and contact details appear at the top of this page. It covers website inquiries, browser preferences and optional visit measurement. Employment, supplier relationships and signed construction contracts may require separate notices for their own processing activities.

Reading this notice or continuing to browse does not constitute consent to optional cookies or marketing. Providing a privacy notice, handling a requested inquiry and requesting permission for optional measurement are separate activities.

02 · Information provided through forms

Project inquiries include your name, phone number, email address, individual or corporate inquiry type, project category, location and message. Company details you enter form part of a corporate inquiry. Approximate area, target date and budget range are optional. Required fields are marked on the form.

Urban renewal inquiries include your name, phone number, city or district and the building details you choose to provide. Email, neighborhood, block, map sheet, parcel, land area, units, building age and additional notes can be left blank where optional. You can inquire without knowing the cadastral details.

Do not send identity numbers, identity document images, title deed copies, payment card details, health information or unnecessary sensitive documents through these initial inquiry forms. If you act for someone else, make sure you are entitled to share their details. Details about other residents or neighbors are not requested for an initial assessment.

03 · Purposes and human assessment

Your details help our team respond, understand whether your request relates to our services and prepare an initial discussion. The location, building type, approximate scope, expectations and schedule help identify the expertise and service scope relevant to your project.

An optional budget range supports a practical discussion. It is not a financial eligibility check or an automatic rejection criterion. A website inquiry is not a binding quotation, structural safety assessment, permit review, site inspection or construction contract. Technical and commercial terms are discussed separately after appropriate assessment.

Inquiry records support consistent follow-up. They are not uploaded to advertising networks as customer lists or combined with visit identifiers to build hidden customer pricing profiles. Decisions about a proposed service are made by our team using the project information you share.

04 · Collection methods and legal grounds

Form information is received electronically when you press send. Unsubmitted form contents are not read for visit measurement. When site inquiry recording is active, a record is retained in the protected administration area. The current recording status is shown in the summary at the top of this page.

Information necessary for discussions directly related to a prospective contract may be processed under Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698. Necessary records for establishing, exercising or protecting a right may fall under Article 5(2)(e). Necessary inquiry administration and security may rely on Article 5(2)(f), provided fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Applicable legal duties are assessed where relevant. Only a suitable legal ground and the information necessary for the particular purpose are used.

Optional visit measurement requires a separate affirmative choice. Acknowledging that you have seen this notice is not consent to measurement or commercial electronic messages. Declining measurement does not prevent an inquiry.

05 · Access and service providers

Site inquiry records are accessed through an authorized administration account and used by the relevant team to assess and answer the request. Hosting, database, security and maintenance providers may be involved where necessary for the website service. Information may be disclosed to legally authorized authorities or persons where a valid legal duty or request applies.

The website uses Cloudflare hosting and database infrastructure. Its distributed infrastructure may involve processing outside Türkiye. International transfers must be assessed separately under Article 9 of Law No. 6698; reading this notice or granting general cookie consent is not unlimited permission for all transfers. Contact us for questions about infrastructure and international processing.

If you choose to open WhatsApp, email or a social media link, you enter that provider’s environment. Your communication there is subject to the provider’s terms. A link does not automatically send all website form contents to that provider.

06 · Retention and removal

Site inquiries have a 180-day retention window. Expired records are removed by cleanup running when an inquiry is created or an authorized list is retrieved. An authorized administrator can remove a record sooner. Separate records arising from an actual contract, dispute or legal duty are governed by the requirements of that separate process.

Consented visit records have a 90-day retention window. The random identifier cookie lasts up to 30 days. Withdrawing consent removes the current browser’s measurement cookie and associated site visit records. If you have already deleted your browser data, an older random identifier may no longer be identifiable.

Language and preference storage can be cleared through browser settings. Short-lived security rate-limit records are separate from analytics. Expired security records are cleaned during security checks.

07 · Cookies and browser storage

A cookie is a small browser record returned to the relevant website with suitable requests. Local storage is a different browser mechanism used to retain choices. The inventory below explains the actual identifiers, purposes and durations. Browser storage is not automatically exempt from personal data rules.

Technical records such as administration sessions are created only for the relevant function. Language storage remembers the interface language you request. Preference storage remembers whether you accepted or rejected measurement. Optional analytics is separate and remains off by default.

08 · Optional visit measurement

When measurement is available and you accept it, the site sets a random visitor identifier. The public page path and visit time are recorded with that identifier. Query strings, form contents, names, phone numbers, email addresses, free-text messages and full IP addresses are not added to these measurement records. Administration and API paths are excluded.

Aggregate page counts help show interest in residential and villa construction, urban renewal, turnkey work, commercial buildings or renovation. They represent consenting browsers only, not all visitors or verified customer demand. A random identifier is pseudonymous and is not a guarantee of complete anonymity.

This measurement does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising retargeting, session video recording, keystroke logging or visitor-specific automatic pricing. Visit records are not joined to inquiry identities. Proposed service scope is based on the project details you share and our team’s assessment.

09 · Managing your choices

The preference panel lets you accept or reject optional measurement. Acceptance is not preselected. Closing a panel without making a choice is not consent and does not start measurement. “Cookie settings” is available in the final footer row so you can reconsider your decision.

You can withdraw measurement consent at any time. Withdrawal stops subsequent measurement and removes records linked to the current identifier. It does not retroactively change the lawfulness of earlier processing. Rejecting optional cookies does not block reading content, using forms or contacting the team.

Your choice applies to the browser and device. Another browser, device, private window or clearing site data may cause the choice to be requested again. Browser cookie controls can also be used. Blocking technical session cookies may prevent administration sign-in.

10 · Security and data minimization

Access to inquiries requires an administrator session. Session cookies use secure connection and browser security attributes. Requests use origin checks, field validation and rate limits. Security checks may derive a short-lived digest from the request source. It is not used as a customer profile or advertising identifier.

No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be risk-free. Protect administration credentials, take care on shared devices and avoid unnecessary information or documents. If further project information is needed, its purpose and an appropriate sharing method can be discussed separately.

11 · Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you can ask whether personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, and learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You can request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and deletion or destruction when the statutory conditions are met, as well as notification of those actions to recipients.

You can object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing, subject to applicable legal conditions. You do not need a formal application to change cookie consent: use the footer settings link.

12 · Requests, updates and contact

Send privacy requests to the email shown at the top of this page with “Privacy request” in the subject. Explain the request and include enough information, such as an inquiry date or project reference, to locate the relevant record. Do not attach unnecessary identity documents initially. Only the information needed to verify a rights holder will be requested when necessary.

Requests are answered as soon as their nature permits and within the statutory period, normally no later than 30 days. Applicable application requirements and statutory fee exceptions remain relevant. New processing purposes or optional measurement types require updated information and, where necessary, a separate consent mechanism. The document version and update date are shown on this page.
